Ultimate Pick Me Up Porridge with HER by Mucho

Here is how to rustle up a great start to the day with HER Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate courtesy of our friends Mucho

 

Ingredients

40g rolled oats

1 tablespoon Pecan Nuts

2 tablespoon coconut flakes

Optional: Qnola sprinkle

Pinch of sea salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

100 ml HER Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

110ml Almond milk

1 teaspoon honey

 Put the oats in a small saucepan and dry-toast on a low heat until they’re slightly golden.  Mix cinnamon whilst dry-toasting to enhance the flavour.

 Add the salt, milk, coffee, honey. Turn the heat to medium-high and let the porridge come to a boil.

 Once it has come to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and start stirring regularly for a creamy result.

 Pour the porridge into a bowl to cool for a couple of minutes whilst you prepare your toppings.
