HER CRAFT INSTANT COFFEE - SPECIALITY COFFEE AT ITS MOST CONVENIENT
1. GETTING THE BEANS
We use ethically-sourced and fairly-traded coffee beans from small-scale coffee producers. Our coffee is single-origin (from Columbia) and speciality-grade. Speciality coffee refers to coffee that is graded 80 points or above on a 100 point scale by a certified coffee taster (SCAA) or by a licensed Q Grader (CQI). It is coffee at its peak that has been grown at the perfect altitude, at the correct time of year, in the best soil, and then picked at just the right time. All this translates into some of the most exciting and tasty coffee in the world.
2. ROASTING THE BEANS
The fresh green coffee beans are hand roasted by the experts in East London to perfection - at optimal temperatures to bring out the desired flavour.
3. COLD BREW PROCESS
The beans are cold brewed for 24 hours in nothing but filtered water, and then bottled by hand in East London. Brewed using time not temperature, cold-brewed coffee has all the sweetness of small batch speciality coffee with none of the bitterness of hot-brewing methods.
4. YOU DO THE MAGIC !
The rest is up to you! You can drink HER hot by adding hot water/milk OR enjoy HER on ice in the summer. Try HER in smoothies, porridge, cocktails (e.g. espresso martini, espresso negroni, flat white martini and many more!). Feel free to be creative!
